Tuning two grand pianos in one location

One piano was a German Steinway model M, the other a cheap Japanese Yamaha GP1 grand piano. The GP1 was really not very good. Unfortunately, Yamaha have sold their name short and market very bad pianos because of the great respect people have for them, and the fact that Alicia keys play their pianos etc, they can sell very bad pianos too.

The Steinway model M was delightful, a rich tone and rich tone. The redemptive part of the Yamaha is it's touch, I am always impressed that such a cheaply made piano can have such a responsive touch.
